VQD1000-V Vacuum/Release Unit. Applicable to 0603 chip. Response speed: 13 msec (at time of 500 mm∗)/18.5 msec (at time of 1000 mm∗). Smooth workpiece removal, with no overshoot. No need for timing adjustment of switchback between vacuum and positive pressure. No need for throttle circuit of release air. Suction filter: ZFC050 (Made to Order). ZFC In-line Air Filter with One-touch Fitting. Series ZF are air suction filters that prevent trouble in vacuum equipment caused by contaminants in the air. They are light weight and compact. ZF filter elements are easily replaced without tools. One unit offers both positive and negative pressure. Metric and inch sizes. One-touch fittings. Made to order blue element (X03) makes it easy to see white foreign matter.
